Mysore (Self-practise)
The traditional, self-paced method of Ashtanga, with individualised guidance. Practise the sequence at the rhythm of your own breath, with personal adjustments and tailored progressions surrounded by the energy of a group.
Ashtanga 60
The Primary Series of Ashtanga, made approachable in an efficient hour. Synchronise your breath with standing and seated postures to build stability, strength and mental focus.
Ashtanga 75
Time to immerse deeper into the Primary Series. In addition to building strength, endurance and a meditative mind, there is extra time to navigate the closing sequence of this series and wind down mindfully.
Vinyasa Soft
Gentle movement and deep breath awareness, at an easygoing pace, with space to explore alignment, unwind, and restore your energy through movement.
Vinyasa Strong
An empowering, steady progression focused on stamina, core engagement and breath connection. You will finish class with a clear mind and a fully charged balanced body.
Yogalates
This dynamic mix of yoga and mat pilates shapes your body, builds core stability, and clears your mind in one energising session. Discover the powerful benefits of these two disciplines coming together.
Pilates
Full-body conditioning centered on concentration, control, breath, and flow on the mat. Deepen your body awareness, improve your posture, and build functional strength from the inside out.
Pilates Core
Deep, concentrated movements on the mat, targeting the abdominal wall, lower back, obliques, and glutes. Build lasting structural strength and step off of the mat feeling deeply connected to your inner power.
